The Journal of Teaching, Learning, and Research in Educational Leadership serves as the online publication vehicle for articles on educational leadership. The journal is peer-reviewed and published
online each calendar year through the website (www.gelfajournal.org).

GELFA is a non-profit professional organization for those individuals involved in and/or interested in the dynamics of teaching,
studying, practicing or researching leadership in the educational setting. The mission is to support personal and professional growth for improving the teaching and learning of educational leadership
in Georgia. GELFA is committed to engaging all educational leadership faculty and serving as a communication conduit to
help all faculty maintain awareness of educational leadership initiatives. GELFA conducts meetings at institutions of higher
learning in various regions of the state in an effort provide a forum for the dissemination of information and foster collaboration among educational leadership faculty. GELFA is a partner with the Georgia Association of Educational Leaders (GAEL).
